CEOFounder & CEO
Civil Engineer. In 2015 he graduated in Civil and Building Engineering and spent over a year working as an informal mason — unable to get even one internship despite his qualifications. He joined many private institutions across Kigali and Rwanda rurals and in 2018 he joined EarthEnable, where he built systems and teams at scale, and led operations & HR for 8+ years. In 2025 he founded Mucho Connect to turn his lived pain into a platform Africa needs.
Co-FounderCo-Founder
Business Development and Construction Networks Specialist with extensive experience in building strategic partnerships across Rwanda. She holds an MBA from the University of South Wales and a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Project Management. Francine brings a strong network of relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners, enabling her to connect technicians with real, income-generating opportunities.
