Terms of Service
The rules and guidelines that govern your use of the Mucho Connect platform.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mucho Connect, operated by Mucho Traders Ltd, a company registered in Rwanda. Please read these terms carefully before using the platform. By registering or using Mucho Connect, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
- By creating an account or using Mucho Connect, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
- If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform.
- These terms apply to all users including technicians, company clients, and visitors.
- We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Mucho Connect.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one active account of the same type.
For Technicians
- Technicians must provide accurate information about their skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Falsifying credentials or skills is grounds for immediate account termination.
- Technicians on the Starter plan may submit up to 5 job applications per month.
- Technicians on the Professional plan receive priority placement in search results.
- Verified Professional technicians have undergone additional verification by Mucho Connect.
- Mucho Connect does not guarantee job placements or a minimum number of opportunities.
For Company Clients
- Companies must provide accurate business information during registration.
- Basic plan companies may post 1 job per month and cannot contact technicians directly.
- Pay-Per-Service plan allows unlocking up to 10 technician profiles per payment cycle.
- Unlimited plan provides unrestricted access to all technicians and job postings.
- Companies must not use technician contact details for any purpose other than legitimate hiring.
- Posting fraudulent or misleading job listings is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
Payments and Subscriptions
- All payments are processed securely through Flutterwave.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once a plan has been activated.
- Pay-Per-Service payments grant access to 10 profile unlocks and are non-transferable.
- Mucho Connect reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
- Failed payments will result in plan downgrade to the Basic/Starter tier.
- You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your subscription in your jurisdiction.
Prohibited Conduct
- You must not use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- You must not harass, abuse, or threaten other users on the platform.
- You must not scrape, copy, or redistribute platform data without written permission.
- You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems.
- You must not post spam, misleading content, or fake reviews.
- You must not use the platform to facilitate payments outside of the Mucho Connect system.
- Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
Intellectual Property
- All content on Mucho Connect including the logo, design, and code is owned by Mucho Traders Ltd.
- You retain ownership of content you submit (profile info, photos) but grant us a licence to display it.
- You must not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform content.
Limitation of Liability
- Mucho Connect is a platform connecting technicians and clients. We are not a party to any service agreements between them.
- We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by technicians.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda.
- Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Rwanda.
- If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
